For audio clarity, the GHP631 is equipped with an HD speaker and supports a 3-way audio conferencing feature.

The GHP631 supports the full-band OPUS voice codec, offering advanced jitter resilience that tolerates up to 30% packet loss without impacting voice quality. It includes a USB Type-C charging port, allowing guests to charge their smartphones conveniently. The phone can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE), simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. It is also Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC), ensuring accessibility for all guests.

The GHP631 is supported by Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS), providing a centralized interface to configure, provision, manage, and monitor deployments of Grandstream endpoints.
